Submit your application, including:

Application Form, Document No. 2

Evidence of Educational Awareness Program: Powerpoint, video, artwork, etc. sent via email to info@greenlovefoundation.org

Written Summary of Environmental Activities & Reason for WBFS Request, Document No. 5

Evidence that your hydration stations will be in a high-traffic area (written description and photo or floor plan)

Signed letter from Facilities or Maintenance Director and diagram of floor plan of selected site (Document No. 4)

If you submit your application by January 31st, you will hear from Greenlove by the following May. If you submit your application by June 1st, you will hear from Greenlove by the following October.
Once approved, you will receive the commitment letter (Document
No. 6) for your review and signature. After we receive the signed commitment letter the Greenlove Team will work with you to coordinate delivery and to determine the installation timeline.
Lastly, we will schedule a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Greenlove Team and your school/organization.
Build and implement your program.
